Cancellations & refunds

We want booking with Masajes Relajantes Orionmet to be simple and fair, both for you and for the other clients waiting for a slot.
1. Booking and payment
Booking online is free and no card is required. You pay at your appointment. The price shown when booking (including extras, home-visit supplement and discounts) is the price you pay.
2. Cancelling or changing your booking
- Free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, from the link in your confirmation email, from My account, or by writing to us.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, please contact us by WhatsApp or phone (+34 641486126) as soon as possible.
- In case of repeated late cancellations or no-shows, we may ask for advance payment for future bookings.
3. Arriving late
If you arrive late, we will do our best, but the session may need to end at the scheduled time so as not to affect the next client. The price stays the same.
4. If we have to cancel
If for any reason we need to cancel or move your appointment, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you a new date. If you had paid in advance, you will receive a full refund.
5. Refunds (advance payments)
Payment is currently made at the appointment. If we enable online payment in the future:
- Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice: 100% refund, using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.
- Cancellation with less notice or no-show: no refund, unless there is a justified cause of force majeure.
- When payment is made online you have the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, except when the service has already been fully provided with your express consent (art. 103.a of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law).
6. Your satisfaction
If something did not go as you expected, tell us within 48 hours. We will listen and look for a fair solution.
7. Coupons and offers
Discount codes and offers cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined (the best one applies) and are subject to their stated conditions and validity.
